I think you need to create a username and password first. At the top of the page, in the blue area, click on "sign in." Follow the steps and then sign in. To create a post, click on "new post" in the blue area up top. A place will appear for you to write the title of your post and then write more information. Then click on "publish post" at the bottom of your message. Once you have posted something, others can comment. Try it out and see how it works. You can even edit your post. If you decide to re-word it or even erase it after it is posted, you can click on the pencil once it has already been posted and it allows you to edit what you wrote.
